Jennifer Schroeder
Associate Director
Jennifer Schroeder, Ph.D., Associate Director for the Connecticut Center for Effective Practice, provides research, evaluation, and quality assurance consultation to local and state organizations to help improve behavioral health services and systems to children and youth. Currently she is the Coordinator of the SAMHSA-funded Connecticut Family & Community Partnership Wraparound Initiative working to improve the system of care in two communities to support comprehensive implementation of Wraparound for youth and families. Most recently, she completed the comprehensive statewide MST evaluation project which evaluated the implementation and outcomes of all MST programs in Connecticut. Prior to joining CCEP, Dr. Schroeder served as a pre-doctoral and post-doctoral fellow at The Consultation Center (TCC) at Yale University on several initiatives including the evaluation of administrative data for child welfare services in Rhode Island, consultation to after-school programs for youth in Connecticut, and facilitation of domestic violence perpetrator interventions. Dr. Schroeder earned her doctorate from Bowling Green State University in Clinical Psychology.
