Developing a statewide system of multi-disciplinary child care consultation so that the health and mental health needs of children in child care settings will be identified and properly addressed by qualified consultants.

Strengthening the Link Between Behavioral Health and Primary Care
Strengthening the link between behavioral health and primary care in various ways, including a pilot initiative at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center (CCMC) designed such that a full time behavioral health clinician is on-site in the Pediatric Practice at CCMC and the pediatricians have access to telephone consultation with child and adolescent psychiatrists
