About This Course

In this course, learners will explore approaches to understanding and responding to moments of crisis in ways that are meaningful to families. Designed to align with the principles of the WRAP (Wraparound) Program—a holistic, family-centered approach to delivering services—this training guides learners through strategies for both proactive and reactive crisis planning. Participants will also learn how to effectively engage team members in creating supportive, individualized responses that reflect the unique strengths and needs of each family.

About the Instructor

Lindsay Kyle has been a Care Coordination Supervisor at Community Health Resources for the past 12 years.  She feels passionate about the Wraparound Model and became a certified trainer in 2021.  Lindsay enjoys helping her team and others in the community to understand and practice the model with youth and their families.  

Caroline Spencer has been with Care Coordination for 15 years and is a Certified Master trainer for WrapCT. She is dedicated to the Wraparound model, as she coaches and trains providers in Spanish and English. She enjoys working with her team to better understand the needs of families and youth in their communities.
