Annie Winneg, MPH

Annie Winneg, MPH Senior Project Coordinator

Annie Winneg is the Senior Project Coordinator for CHDI’s Trauma Sensitive Practices in Early Childhood (TSPEC) project. In this role, she leads the development of a training series around trauma-sensitive practices for early childhood interventionists. She also supports CHDI’s ScreenTIME initiative.


Prior to joining CHDI, Annie worked with Families First to build teaching and evaluation tools for the organization’s parenting and advocacy programming. She also worked at The Motherhood Center of New York, providing supportive services to new and expecting mothers struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Annie is a current member of the Promotion and Education Advisory Committee for the Connecticut Association for Infant Mental Health, using her early child development expertise to advocate for growing families in her community. She holds a Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health, specializing in Maternal and Child Health Promotion.
