Beth Heinz, MHA, MS             

 

Beth Heinz, MHA, MSW, is Senior Vice President of Women's and Children's Services at Yale New Haven Health.  She is responsible for providing executive management oversight for all Children related operations, both Women and Children strategic growth strategies, provider practice management and innovation.  Beth is a key partner to Yale Medicine department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Pediatrics and Obstetrics/Gynecology.  Yale New Haven Health is a provider of more than 100 medical specialties and consistently nationally ranked among the best hospitals in the United States.  Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital (YNHCH) is ranked #1 in Connecticut with several ranked pediatric specialties.  YNHCH world-class providers are nationally recognized for top quality care with excellent outcomes in groundbreaking pediatric therapies and innovative research.  Women’s care offered is technologically advanced, cutting-edge, research-based for every stage of life, including maternity, breast, pelvic health, in addition to reproductive, endocrinology, and infertility services.  Further, Yale New Haven Health is prominent in applying the latest developments and best practices in neonatology, recognized nationally for enhanced outcomes and advanced applied research, including leaders in the use of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). 

Beth received her Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  Further, she completed a Women Executives in Healthcare course at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Mini-MBA – Health Care Management from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis.

Beth joined the Board of Directors in 2026 and serves on the board’s Finance and Investments Committee.
