Connecticut's network of outpatient psychiatric clinics for children (OPCCs) consists of 23 DCF-licensed, community-based behavioral health facilities that provide mental health services to youth under 18 years of age and their families.

OPCC Quality Improvement Center

As the state's OPCC Quality Improvement Center, CHDI is funded by the State of Connecticut to provide continuous quality improvement to OPCCs, including:

  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Technical assistance and consultation about data collection using standardized measures
  • Clinical training and workforce development
