Ashley Nelson
Senior Data Analyst II
Ashley Nelson joined CHDI in January 2017 as a data analyst for the MATCH-ADTC evidence-based treatment model. She was promoted in 2025 to Senior Data Analyst II and currently works on several of CHDI's quality improvement initiatives: DMHAS Young Adult Services (DMHAS-YAS), evidence-based practices, and Functional Family Therapy – Foster Care (FFT-FC).
Ashley has over a decade of experience working with administrative data systems to promote quality improvement in a variety of settings including community-based non-profits, schools, community foundations, and state agencies. Her work prior to CHDI includes experience as lead evaluator on a CDC/OAH-funded adolescent public health initiative run by the City of Hartford Department of Health and Human Services.
