Heather Solak, MA
Senior Associate
Heather Solak rejoined CHDI in 2019 as a Senior Data Analyst and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2025. In her current role, she manages data analysis and reporting for children’s outpatient behavioral health services, evidence-based treatments, and care coordination, with a specific focus on enhancing reporting and improving the quality of children’s behavioral health services through continuous monitoring of quality improvement indicators.
Heather previously worked as a Senior Data Analyst for the CBITS and TF-CBT initiatives at CHDI from 2015 to 2017. She also has experience as an evaluator for local government and community behavioral health centers. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
