Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst to work on projects related to prevention-focused evidence-based practices in youth substance use and mental health. This position will be primarily responsible for receiving, cleaning, managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support projects in youth substance use and mental health. Responsibilities will also include working closely with providers, schools, and other partners; supporting training coordination and quality assurance activities; and providing other technical assistance and support as needed.

Senior Communications Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced communications professional with excellent writing, digital media, and project management skills to serve as Senior Communications Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Senior Communications Coordinator will assist in supporting programmatic communications and developing digital media content and strategies to advance the organization’s mission, drive engagement in key programs and initiatives, and raise awareness of policy priorities.

Hybrid schedule
CHDI offers a hybrid work schedule to all employees. Our comfortable office is located in Farmington, CT.
Paid Time Off
CHDI offers a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy to be used for vacation, illness, holidays, and/or personal commitments. Full-time employees begin their employment with 22 PTO days and accrue one sick day per month; employees may accrue more PTO days per year over time. We also observe 9 paid holidays. Employees qualifying for CT FMLA may also be eligible for paid leave through the CT Paid Leave Program.
New employees are eligible for health insurance on the first of the month following the date they complete 30 consecutive days of continuous active work. CHDI contributes 85% of the premium for employees, their spouses and dependent children as defined by CHDI’s insurance carrier. The employee contributes 15% of the premiums through a Section 125 Plan salary reduction agreement. Benefits include:

CHDI contributes to a 403b retirement plan for each employee. CHDI’s employer contribution has two components:
- Safe Harbor Enhanced Match – employees must contribute to the plan to receive the Safe Harbor match, which is equal to up to 5% of the employee’s earnings (dollar for dollar). This match is immediately vested.
- Nonelective Contribution – employees receive 5% regardless of their contributions to the plan. Employees are vested in this Nonelective Contribution after one year of employment and 1,000 hours of service in a plan year.
