Director, Functional Family Therapy - Foster Care (FFT-FC) Performance Improvement Center
Chad Williams joined CHDI in January 2026 to lead the new FFT-FC Performance Improvement Center. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across child welfare, youth development, and family-serving systems, most recently serving as Senior Director of Family and Community Programs at The Village for Families & Children, where he provided strategic and operational oversight for a diverse, multi-site portfolio and managed over $5M in programs and funding. Chad has deep expertise in program leadership, workforce development, data-informed quality improvement, and cross-system collaboration, along with a strong grounding in evidence-based and trauma-informed clinical practice. He earned his MSW from the University of St. Joseph.
