
Meghan N. Flynn, PhD
Senior Project Coordinator
Meghan Flynn was hired as Senior Project Coordinator in August 2025 after completing CHDI's one-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Child Behavioral Health. In this role, she will be working primarily on the Student Peer Support program while continuing to support initiatives related to the family and peer support workforce and quality improvement.
Meghan earned a Ph.D. in Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she specialized in Community Psychology and Implementation Science Meghan and served as a lead program evaluator for UMBC's Meyerhoff Scholars Program. Earlier, Meghan earned a BA in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia and an MA in Community Psychology and Program Development from the University of New Haven.
Meghan has previously served as a policy fellow at the Research-to-Policy Collaboration, where she helped translate evidence-based research into actionable policy at local, state, and federal levels. Her multidisciplinary advocacy and research work has focused on various topics related to health equity, policy, and practice. She is passionate about utilizing evidence-based research and implementation science to bridge the research-policy gap, helping children and families flourish.
