Strengthening Connecticut's behavioral health workforce is vital to residents' well-being.
Our annual survey of licensed behavioral health providers in Connecticut narrows the state's knowledge gap on who provides services, where, and what strengths and challenges they face.
This data is used to promote support for workforce recruitment, retention, diversity, and competencies. While this survey is open to licensed providers working with patients and clients across the lifespan, it also supports the work of the Children's Behavioral Health Workforce Center for Connecticut and informs the interactive Children's Behavioral Health System Dashboard.
