As Connecticut's MATCH-ADTC Coordinating Center, CHDI provides training, credentialing, implementation support, site-based consultation, data collection and reporting, and ongoing quality improvement to a network of 21 MATCH-ADTC providers throughout the state.

The FY 2024 MATCH-ADTC Annual Report summarizes the work and outcomes of the MATCH provider network in Connecticut providers during fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) and includes some analysis of multi-year trends.
