TF-CBT Annual Report - FY 2025
Annual TF-CBT Report Shows Positive Outcomes
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for children who experience symptoms related to trauma exposure, including symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety.
As Connecticut's TF-CBT Coordinating Center, CHDI provides training, credentialing, implementation support, site-based consultation, data collection and reporting, and ongoing quality improvement support to a network of 42 TF-CBT and 8 Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) providers throughout the state. Our goal is to increase access to high-quality evidence-based practices for youth exposed to trauma across Connecticut by growing and sustaining this provider network.
The FY 2024 TF-CBT Annual Report summarizes the work and outcomes of these Connecticut providers during fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025), as well as an analysis of ARC data.
Overall, TF-CBT and ARC services continued to see positive results in terms of access, quality, and outcomes for Connecticut children and families in FY 2025.
