Radio Interview on Decreasing School-Based Arrests by Connecting At-Risk Students to Mental Health Services

On WPLR's radio show "For the People," John Voket interviewed: CHDI's Dr. Jeana Bracey, school administrator Michael Valerio (Rawson Elementary School in Hartford), and Executive Director of the Court Support Services Division of the State of CT Judicial Branch Bill Carbone.  The segment focused on how schools can decrease the number of school-based arrests by connecting children with behavioral issues to community mental health services and supports.
